Get ready for a spectacular celebration of colour, creativity, and community at Bath Carnival 2025! On Saturday, 12 July, the city will come alive with a vibrant programme of free, family-friendly festivities.
The day kicks off at 10:00am in Sydney Gardens with the ‘Party in the Park’, featuring live bands, DJs, walkabout acts, a Super Pirates play area, and a community village. Enjoy delicious food and drink from independent vendors and soak up the festival atmosphere until 10:00pm.
At 3:00pm, the streets of Bath will host a dazzling carnival procession starting from the Recreation Ground. Over 1,000 performers – including samba bands, dancers, stilt walkers, and giant puppets – will parade through the city centre, showcasing the rich diversity and talent of local communities.
As night falls, the celebrations continue with the official after-party at Komedia. Bacana Funk will take over, delivering an infectious mix of global grooves to keep the party going late into the night.
