Residents and businesses are invited to share their views on the future of Keynsham town centre. The Keynsham Town Centre Regeneration Action Plan outlines proposals such as improved signage, enhanced planting, shopfront upgrades, repurposing vacant units, better walking and cycling connections, more community events, and potential pedestrianisation.
These ideas build upon the Keynsham High Street Heritage Action Zone project (2020–2024) and previous community.
The consultation runs until 20 June 2025, with an online survey available for submissions. A display at Keynsham Library’s community space is open from 21 May to 4 June, providing more information on the plans.
This initiative is part of a £750,000 investment from the West of England Combined Authority’s Housing and Regeneration Enabling Fund, aiming to support the development of regeneration action plans and masterplans for Keynsham and other market towns.
All community members are encouraged to participate and help shape a vibrant, inclusive, and sustainable future for Keynsham.
